Pepperoncini Beef


1 (3 pound) beef chuck roast
1 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncinis
8 ounces Italian dressing

Directions
Place roast in a slow cooker (crock pot), and pour the entire contents of the jar of pepperoncini (adding the liquid is optional), and the 8 ounces of Italian dressing, over meat.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve on hoagie rolls with provolone or mozzarella cheese, and your choice of condiments.
